this is a spacious home and wonderful place to live with many shopping centers nearby and running trails. the solera gated community is quiet and surrounded by solera del webb (sun city anthem) in the hills. the home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, banks and shops. the bedroom has a full sized bed with a dresser, linens, closets and a table lamp. the rent is $550/month, including water, trash and wi-fi and club house. club house has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, large fitness room with plenty of equipment, dancing room, snooker, tennis and boce courts.
