i am a single mother with two children. i have a 9 year old daughter and a 10 month old son. the floor plan is split so i am looking to rent out the master bedroom. it has a private bathroom and walk in closet. it also has a small computer nook and small living room. i am looking to get $450 a month plus 1/3 utilities. it is in a very safe and classy neighborhood. i need someone financially stable to come in and i'm looking for a long term lease, not month to month. my landlord is only asking to do a background check and i need no deposits.
