it's a luxury townhouse that's a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1 car garage, 1,061 sq. ft. townhouse located in glendale, az, close to glendale community college. i'm offering the 2nd bedroom. it was built in 2007 and is very well-built and insulated. some amenities include a washing machine/dryer unit inside and a dishwasher (all quiet powered), high quality plush carpeting, ceiling fan in your room, mirrored closet doors, cable internet/tv/telephone outlets, and double-pane windows to further keep sounds out of your room. there's a lot of storage space inside but if you need to you can also store items in the garage.

what else do i offer? aircon can be left on as much as necessary, wi-fi internet is 150 mbps (compared to the typical 5 mbps that most american households have), tv service has over 200+ channels, and use all the water/electricity you want including the laundry machines and dishwasher.
