i am looking for a roommate, preferably female, but i may consider a male to share my home. i live in a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family home just right outside of keller. the following is what i am offering for rent at $900 a month with a $1200 security deposit.

workout room with treadmill, bicycle, and free weights.
access to/use of a washer and dryer/laundry room
access to 6 community pools (open in the spring)
access use of 3 community parks/ponds/walking trails
