move in date february. located in the overlook at blue ravine apartments, this spacious second floor master bedroom and bath is one of two in this large 1106 sq. ft. apartment (tahoe). this apartment has a balcony, full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, fireplace and one assigned parking spot for the unit. but there is also plenty of other parking available on the apartment complex. the complex is off east bidwell, which has direct access to the american river bike trail, shopping, entertainment, and restaurant options near by. it's close to hwy 50, intel, mercy hospital, palladio and 5 min from the lake or old folsom. this is a shared apartment. you would be with the one of the best roommates i've ever had! his name is andrew. he's 23. he's a hard worker and has never been late on any bills or rent. he's also gone most of the time, which gives you plenty of alone time in the home. he's quiet and clean but is also up for chatting and having a beer, which is nice. the rent is split as well with water, smud, pg&e, and comcast (wi-fi).

i am very happy in this home and would love to stay, but i will be relocating to a different location. so i'm looking for someone to take my room when i leave. move in date would be around in february but negotiable.
rent will be $695 and no deposit will be required but you will need to be added to the lease. so there will be an application fee and you will need proof of income(pay stubs). also if you could provide a brief summary about yourself.
