i am searching for someone to take over my rent and room for this summer starting between may or june. the room is fully furnished in a townhome including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, parking garage, and much more. there is also a community center within the townhomes that include a fitness center, computer center, free tanning, recreation center, video game consoles, ipad bar, and more as well. the rent is $612 plus electricity- which is really good for such a new place and other utilities are included within the rental price. the townhouse is a 5-minute walk to nau north and south campus, so a great home for college students and right in the middle of campus. the house is very well kept and the land lord is very easy to reach, will repair anything wrong with the house, and is very nice. if you would like more information on the room, please feel free to view the website http://hilltoptownhomesnau.com/.
