the rent includes a nicely sized bedroom and semi-private full bath. utilities and other household expenses included (except food)!! the house will be shared by the two of us with the separate bedrooms and baths. other features in the home include a large patio deck, free wi-fi, and a finished basement for entertaining family and friends. the complex where the home is located also has a community pool and is only 10 mintues from the regional rail.
