young couple looking to rent out single room in house. house is located less than 5 minutes from nj, rt 78, rt 22, rt 33, and rt 611. this is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house built as a split level on 3 floors. included in rent: electric, water, sewerage, tv service (directv), wireless internet (rcn - 20 mbps speed), washer, dryer. the lawn is maintained on a weekly basis by a professional lawn maintenance company. there is a security system at the house, to which you will have your own code. there is an electronic keyless entry on the back door to which you will have your own code as well.we are looking for an individual with a verifiable income, who will show respect to the premises. for right candidates, willing to accept couple. you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the house - if you make a mess, clean it up. we're not looking for a housekeeper, we just expect you to clean up after yourself. there is a dog at the house now (roughly 60 lbs). there are no other pets allowed - there are no exceptions to this.
rent will be 450-500 per month for single individual. there is a 1.5 month security deposit due in addition to first month's rent at signing. partial rent may be waived for certain individuals who are qualified to complete chores around the house and premises. lease will be drawn up month-to-month or for extended periods.
