the room is on the 2nd floor and is furnished (bed, small enertainment center, tv, dvd & vhs player) and has a closet as well as a large window. �the rent is $550.00 a month and that would include utilities. �you would be able to have access to the kitchen, bathrooms & laundry room ( washer and dryer). �i do not have cable or internet service or a landline however if you wanted to you would be able to obtain those services for your own. �fyi: i am considering getting cable $ internet services and if i do, it would be included in your rent already. �i would need 1st month rent & a security deposit of $550.00 prior to moving in and and further questions may discussed by phone call, text or e- mail. �if you would like to stop by and take a look at the room.�

i am open to pets but it would depend on some things so if you have a pet please just contact me and we can disuss it.
