looking for someone to share my place with me. it's a spacious, newly renovated first floor unit in walking distance to the square; large eat in kitchen and one full bath, three bedrooms and a large living area, on street parking. $475 a month and half the utilities (electric, internet). i don't have cable television but if you are interested in having that set up i would be happy to upgrade, providing you pay the difference. one month deposit required upon move in. i'm a woman in my late 20s who works full time and is in school full time. i'm comfortable with music being played from time to time and do not mind occasional guests. i also have two small dogs so you must be comfortable with dogs. must provide proof of employment, references, as well as submitting to credit/background checks. i'm looking to share with another woman. i would prefer a nonsmoker but if you are a smoker then it would have to be outside. looking for someone clean, responsible, and easygoing. interested applicants can request photos through email.
