i am a physically disabled man needing a roomate/tenant to share the expense of renting a 2 bedroom apt. you will reside in the masterbedroom which has its own sink. this room has been used for storage for years so there are many boxes and some furniture that must be moved to another location. the room is going to be painted and the management will change the carpet. if you can help with the moving and the painting, it will be reflected in the first week/month's rent. there are 2 closets of which you would probably only need one. since this is an apartment, there is no private entrance. you may come and go as you please, but there can be no visitors unless i am home or we make prior arrangements. you may have someone sleep over, but they must vacate in the morning. i will consider a smoker-of which i am not-someone who is currently working, has verifable references and is of good character. i have lived in this apartment for over 22 years so i have confidence you will like it here with me or may want to rent an apartment here or share a lease with me in the future. p.s. i will consider male or female applicants as i am flexible on just about any arrangement.
