We are an active family of four to include two teenagers and a small dog. Our home is in the beautiful Harkness Heights neighborhood of Denver. A better known name of the area is Denver Highlands.Additional Information
We are an active family of four to include two teenagers. There are times when there is much activity in the house and we're all home, kids have friends over, etc. There are other times when we're very much on the go and the house is empty and quiet. Adults work outside of the home during the week and the kids attend traditional school. We are looking for a short-term roommate through April (with some flexibility) and look forward to sharing conversation with our tenant, and even the occasional meal if they are so inclined.The ideal roommate for us is someone who is responsible, friendly, tidy and comfortable living with a family. Our basement is spacious and fully furnished - contains a living room, bedroom, office area, private bathroom and also private laundry, but we will share the kitchen on the main floor. We would consider a small, non-shedding dog.
