i am a widow with a beautiful home in 8 year old subdivision in cypress, texas. you would have 2 rooms and your own bath. the laundry room is right in that area also.there is a nice black leather reclining sofa in one room. also a 5 month old mattress and box spring. it all at the front of the house and private.very nice kitchen. i have a 23 year old daughter that is sometimes here. i have a very lovable dog and 3 cats that are part of the family. might not mind if you have a pet we would just need to do a meet and greet. nice backyard to spend time in when it's not 100 degrees. prefer someone on the quiet side. i like to have fun but am very respectful and expect the same from someone sharing my home. thanks judy
