i'm a young professional male looking for a like-minded roommate to share my apartment with. i keep things clean and tidy, especially the bathroom and kitchen.furnished 2 bedroom apartment. one bedroom available. large closet. "full"-size bed, desk, blu-ray player and 27" led tv included (for use in bedroom if needed).
if you have your own things i can get rid of the bedroom furniture no problem! :)
on-site laundry machines will save you $$$. 150 mbps internet speed hook-up. shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, & living room. utilities include comcast internet, heat, & electric. all lights are led bulbs so lighting costs should be low. electric stove/oven, refrigerator and hot water will be the majority of electric charges. heat is on building share, thermostat is controlled in apartment.
if i had to guess, i'd say utilities will be under $100/month.
i just want a roommate that can pay the rent on time, who i can trust, and who respects my property and cleanliness.
i spend half of my time at my fiance's house, so you'll have plenty of time to yourself. i'd like to keep things friendly but i'm not going to be in your business.
i love movies, video games, and the eagles. i like to cook and my fiance is a trained chef, and we're known to share our cooking sometimes. personality-wise, i'm very laid back. i don't care if you're gay or straight, so long as you are quiet and respectful and relatively clean.
