please read all before responding....available nov 1st, large bedroom in a 3 bedroom unit, second floor of a duplex in logan square. we are 2 friendly employed guys in our early 30s in a fully furnished apartment (please see photos). the room is approx. 10x11ft. and has a large full closet and a window. easily fits a queen bed, desk, nightstand and dresser.
looking for a professional fun person, who is clean, and responsible. no students please. no work from home professionals either. all others will be considered. no pets. preferably a non-smoker. a credit and background check will be required. looking for a applicant for a lease through oct 2016, although a 6 month lease will be considered. the rent is $650/month, all utilities and internet included. a $500 security deposit will also be required at lease signing.
the apartment is fully furnished, so you are only allowed to bring what fits in your bedroom,,, although, theres plenty of storage space for luggage and some boxes if you need. once again, no pets of any kind. sorry!
