roommate needed for a nice apartment in the little italy area. recently modernized apartment. it is partially furnished--living room and kitchen are furnished (including dishes, pots, tv, couches), would need own bedroom furniture. rent is $550 a month plus some utilities. tv/wifi, electricity and heat will be split among the two tenants. no more than $300 total per month. existing roommate is a kind, outgoing, professional, who works a 9-5 job downtown. dogs are welcome, but they cannot be over 30lbs.conveniently located just 3 blocks from the racine blue line stop, and 3 blocks from central campus at uic. 1 block from taylor st. bars and restaurants!
