bedroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment at the flats. the flats are located on mallard creek church rd. right next to the university of north carolina at charlotte. the flats provide a bus service to and from the university mon.-thurs.the 3 other bedrooms are all occupied by men, so males are preferred. rent is $535.00 a month and the lease will go until the end of july. i am subleasing this room, because i have found a new place. the apartment comes fully furnished, including with a 42' tv, couch, chair, end table. complete dining room set as well. apartment features brand new appliances. along with a laundry room with brand new appliances as well.
the bedroom also comes furnished as well, and you have a private bathroom in your bedroom. the bedroom comes with a full size bed, glass desk and chair, dresser, and end table. has a walk-in closet and plenty space.
bathroom includes a stand-up shower, toilet, and a sink with a full counter. i have the rent paid through january and will be leaving at the end of the month. if you need
or want to move in earlier than that i can arrange that, and you will not have to pay for the month of january. please respond only if you are very serious about moving
