i am moving out of my 3 bedroom apartment at courtney ridge apartments and am looking for a roommate to replace me! my current roommates are young professional females in their early 20's. they will be signing a 1 year lease that begins in mid-august and they need an additional roommate since i am moving out. if you need to move in earlier than mid-august that is also a possibility. i currently have the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, and my portion of the rent is around $460 per month. we also split utilities (water, electric, and internet) which are between $50-60 per month per person. my roommates are clean and easy going! please contact me for additional information!
