the room is currently being worked on as the previous tenants were not particularly considerate, but it'll be good as new in a few days. i'm 29 and my 21 year old girlfriend lives with me part time. we have two dogs, both friendly but only one is well behaved. the room is unfurnished with cable and a phone jack, i also have a large backyard (great for dogs). parking is available and public transportation is walking distance away. i'm just looking for a responsible, laid back person who can pay their rent on time and not tear my house up.
