looking for a female roommate to share 3 bedroom/2 bath home in chapel hill. 20 minutes to duke and durham regional and 10 minutes to unc. this is-furnished room available january 1, 2013. amenities include:wifi

the total monthly utility cost is approximately $250-$300 during most of the year and can be up to $410 in the winter months. utility costs will be shared equally by all roommates and includes cable, wifi, gas, electric and water. a $250 security deposit is required and refundable upon move out with no damage. a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $30 is required. the security deposit can be refunded if the room and other personal spaces are cleaned to the landlords satisfaction.
for those of you who have allergies, we do have a long-haired dog who stays indoors and an outdoor cat that sleeps in the laundry room. sorry, no additional pets allowed.
