my name is ashley, 23, and i reside with my fianc�, nick, 31. we are looking for a responsible and mature roommate to fill our available room near the 101 and chandler mall. our potential roommate will have their own space, 12'x11' and their own personal bathroom in our two story house. we have two cats; they don't really like dogs, but if you have a small dog, i'm sure we could work something out. we also have a pool, and if you need some storage space, there is a shed outside. our neighborhood is very safe and also has a neighborhood park right around the corner from our house.
