private corner room (not adjacent to any other building or bedroom), and large semi-private double vanity bathroom situated inside a 3 story, 2300 square ft. home. room & bathroom located on top floor. top floor is private for you and our other tenant. plenty of parking as we are on a dead end street, no through traffic, and a safe neighborhood next to oregon elementary school. one reserved, off street parking spot will be available at the end of september.if you're looking for space, quiet and privacy, this is the room for you.
