there are still some things that need to be finished that's why i have the date of october 1st unless sooner. i am waiting on a stove and need to repair the roof to the bathroom. i am willing to make a deal with switching of the rooms right now my upstairs is my daughters bedroom and playroom when she comes to visit i am in the process of turning dinning room into a bedroom. the rent is 550.00 a month this is not including utilities which is only water,electric, internet,trash. the electric bill for myself normally runs around 30.01 but that's just with me. the net is 34.99 the water bill runs about every 3 months which comes to about 120.00 and the trash is 65.00 every 2 to 3 months. i say 300.00 is a fair price.
