i am a 30 year old professional male. my house is located in bethlehem township pa within 5 minutes of routes 33 and 22. i currently have a 26 year old female room mate living in the house also. i am looking for another house mate to house share with us.

the house is a 2700 sq ft. colonial sitting on 1/3 acre in a very quiet and safe development. we are both easy going and are professionals so like to relax on our days away from our professions. any roommate has full use of the house except for obviously the other peoples respective bedrooms.

the house is 2 1/2 bath and has a nice yard,office dining room,kitchen/ breakfast room, family room and lounge with a huge basement for storage.
