I am looking for one person to share the 3 bdrm house. He would have his own private room on the 2nd floor next to the bathroom. The house has 2 bathrooms. The one on the first floor has a tub with shower; the 2nd floor has a tub. The house has a porch and yard in the Charles Village area. I would prefer a long term arrangement. Utilities would be included except AC in the summer if needed. This is a quiet area. References of previous rentals would be a major plus.
