hi,i am looking for someone to takeover my lease as i will be moving into ut apartments. it is available for immediate move in and the lease ends at the end of july.
it is a 4 bed-room house with 3 other ut grad students (2 females and 1 male).
there are two options available. one room is a master and has its own bathroom. rent would be $902/mo. plus utilities. the other room shares a bathroom with two other people and rent is $735/mo. plus utilities.
the house is 2 blocks away from heb and a 2 minute walk to the bus line to ut.
the room would be empty but the rest of the house is fully furnished.
