i would like to sublet my room in a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment on the first floor of a 12 floor apartment building to a female only. the living room is occupied by my friend who studies in georgetown university. the current occupant is a 26 year old woman.my room has an attached walk in closet as shown in the picture (but without the clothes). kitchen and bathroom are shared. laundry is on every floor starting from the 2nd floor. gym is on the topmost floor. rent is $900 + utilities + internet.
the room is ready for occupancy starting tomorrow (27th march) until the end of june 2016.
the place is a 5 minute walk from rosslyn metro station.
