hello!i am looking for a new roommate to fill a bedroom of my house, in arlington, tx. i am a working professional in my mid twenties (24), and am looking for a like minded roommate to fill the room.
room/house details
located just 3 miles from the uta campus in west arlington.
$750/month with $700 security deposit (for 12 month term)
other expenses will include half of the utility bill, ($75-100/ month depending on usage), half of the directtv bill, (tenant will get own receiver in their room, responsible for providing tv), half of water/sewage/trash bill, and half of gas bill. all bills will be posted in a visible area, and i will be sure to make sure you are aware of when they come in, and when they are due.
bedroom:
you have the option of (2) bedrooms. both rooms have a closet. you will have your own private bath. you will be responsible for furnishing your bedroom.
house:
the rest of the house will be furnished, but feel free to bring anything you want to for furniture.
the house has a large formal dining room, and living room. house also has a large backyard, and a screened in back porch. pets are subject to my approval. (pet deposit required)
house has central air/heat, washer, dryer, full kitchen ware, refrigerator.
you will have a parking spot in the garage. please do not take up the whole garage.
requirements:
no smokers
no illegal drugs
no crazy parties, or being loud at late hours
no couples
flexible monthly plans are considered (rent rate will go up)
about me:
i am a guy, 24 years old, and looking to find a roommate in the similar age range. i work monday-friday 8-5. also referee hockey on the weekends from september-april.
graduated from uta '16. i have lived in arlington since 2014. i am a home body, who usually spends time at home, except on the weekends during the summer when i am on the lake every weekend. (feel free to join in!)
what i'm looking for:
employed working professional (must be able to show proof of job, income) who is looking for a home with a friendly roommate who enjoys cooking, being on the lake, and watching tv, and being active outdoors.
