i'm looking for a non smoking, professional or graduate student who is drug free and a good person to share my home with in ardmore. i have a nice sized backyard, with a covered porch, a grill and a hot tub. there is a home office space available and the house has all new appliances including a washer and dryer. all of the utilities, high definition cable (hbo, showtime, etc.), high speed internet, bottled water delivery and cost of professional cleaning service is included in the monthly rental fee. the house has a large living room, dining room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and some storage space in the unfinished basement. my house is located approximately 100 yards from the norristown high speed line and 1 mile from the ardmore stop on the paoli/thorndale septa regional rail line age, race, gender, religion and/or sexual orientation are not of importance to me. my last roommate stayed 12 years and is only moving due to his change in jobs. i'm a business owner involved in the fitness industry so my schedule is pretty busy. i have 2 cats who are friendly to humans but are not fond of other animals so unfortunately we can't welcome any other pets. i look forward to learning more about you. please send me an email me at heather @ flipfitness.com so we can chat.
