a unfurnished, 10x9 room in a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath homerent: $500 a month which includes all utilities including cable, wireless and router internet, electric, water and gas heat. you have to buy your own food and household items!
location: within blocks of muhlenberg and cedar crest colleges, as well as lehigh valley and st luke hospitals. walk to bars, 19th street theater, and the allentown fairgrounds!
the house: a nicely furnished home with a fireplace in the living room, formal dining room, a eat-in kitchen, and a small yard and front porch for you to relax on a nice warm night, and a basement with a washer and dryer and plenty of storage for you to use.
roommates: 3 very loving, pretty well behaved cats(belongs to owner of home). single female (owner) who works full time(and a lot of overtime) and is often not home. gay male who goes to college full time, and often goes away on weekends, and is very respectful to people privacy and personal items. also a very well behaved 4 year old(belongs to roommate) who come every other weekend.
